The Lake Shikotsu hot spring is known as Bijin no Yu, or water of the beautiful, from its gentle softness and moisturizing action.
As the name of “Bijin no Yu” means that the skin is smooth, it contains ingredients that are beneficial to women.

You can use a circuit menu with an instructor or a simple menu while watching a DVD.
There is also a warm-up room for warming up and a cool-down room for cooling down.

This is an exercise that performs an aerobics exercise on an exercise bike and an anaerobic exercise on a strength machine. Under the guidance of an instructor, 30 seconds of motorcycles, 10 seconds of a movement, and 30 seconds of machines are exercise alternated according to the music.
