<Notice> New Membership Levels Launch on July 1, 2026

Dear Guests,

We would like to inform you that starting July 1, 2026, we're launching our new Membership Levels program on our official website!

With four membership levels based on the number of eligible nights, the higher your membership level, the more benefits you will receive when staying at Tsuruga Group properties.

As a special launch offer, guests who register as members by June 30, 2026 will start at the Silver Level, valid through March 31, 2027.

＜Membership Levels & Benefits＞

【Regular】
Eligibility: 0–4 eligible nights after registering as a member
Discount: 5% off the regular adult rate when booking through the official website
Benefits: None

【Silver】
Eligibility: 5–7 eligible nights after registering as a member
Discount: 7% off the regular adult rate when booking through the official website
Benefits: Receive a 10% Discount Voucher at check-in (Valid for the member only and for use at hotel facilities. Not valid for accommodation charges or taxes.)

【Gold】
Eligibility: 8–14 eligible nights after registering as a member
Discount: 9% off the regular adult rate when booking through the official website
Benefits:
（1）Receive a 15% Discount Voucher at check-in (Valid for the member only and for use at hotel facilities. Not valid for accommodation charges or taxes.)
（2）Complimentary 1-hour early check-in (not available at Hinanoza, Mizunouta, Kohaku no Sho, Aonoza, Morinouta, Mokunosho, Hikarinouta, and EPUY)

【Diamond】
Eligibility: 15 or more eligible nights after registering as a member
Discount: 12% off the regular adult rate when booking through the official website
Benefits:
（1）Receive a 20% Discount Voucher at check-in (Valid for the member only and for use at hotel facilities. Not valid for accommodation charges or taxes.)
（2）Complimentary 1-hour early check-in (not available at Hinanoza and Aonoza)

＜Effective Date＞
The Membership Levels program applies to reservations made on or after 12:00 p.m. on July 1, 2026.

＜Terms & Conditions＞
・Membership benefits are based on your membership level at the time of booking.
・Your membership level is determined by the number of eligible nights completed during the previous 12 months.
・Only reservations made through our new reservation system (introduced in April 2026) are eligible. Eligible reservation numbers begin with "X". Reservation numbers beginning with "A" are not eligible.
・Each night of a consecutive stay counts as one eligible night.
・Eligible nights are credited to your account the day after check-out.
・Membership benefits apply only to the registered member. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the hotel.
・The discount voucher is valid for use at hotel facilities only. It is not valid for accommodation charges, hot spring tax, or accommodation tax.
・The discount voucher is valid only during the applicable stay.
・Only reservations made through the official website while logged in to your member account are eligible.
・Even if multiple members are included in the same stay group, only the account used to make the reservation will be eligible to earn night credits.
・Eligible nights cannot be transferred or combined between member accounts.
・The Membership Program details are subject to change or termination without prior notice.
